PBATC is a boutique accounting, tax and business consulting firm based out of Vancouver, BC. The company specializes in consulting individuals, sole proprietors, and small owner-operator corporations with a variety of accounting and tax related issues, including personal and business tax preparation and planning, cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting, business start-up concerns, and tax research pertaining to small enterprises.

Meet Our Team
Kevin is born and raised in Vancouver and considers himself a true Vancouverite. Kevin obtained his BBA (Bachelor’s in Business Administration) from Simon Fraser University (SFU). Kevin has worked in the accounting industry since graduating from SFU in 2008 with a keen interest in Canadian personal and small business taxation. Kevin has also carved a niche for consulting small businesses with their various accounting and start-up needs while trying to get his clients out of the “weeds” aka “paperwork” and into their businesses in order to make optimal strategic decisions. Kevin also enjoys personally connecting with his clients in order to better understand their personal and financial goals and values in order to optimize their tax situation.
After landing in Vancouver, Sravika upgraded her bachelor’s degree to a master’s degree. She has completed her master’s in administrative sciences at FDU-Vancouver. Being born in India and later brought up in Africa, Sravika has found herself another chance to explore diversity as she landed in Vancouver, Canada. Sravika loves helping people understand, learn and successfully complete their tax filings. She has spent most of her career in the customer service industry, gaining experience in areas such as guiding customers, troubleshooting a variety of their issues and coming up with solutions. While Sravika is the communications leader of the team, Sravika also contributes significant value by coming up with innovative business ideas and doing research for issues relating to businesses and newcomers.
SURBHI SERU
Surbhi grew up in East Van and studied Biomedical Engineering at SFU. Surbhi has over a decade of experience working in research labs, medical device companies, and multinational consulting firms. Specifically, Surbhi specialises in SR&ED consulting services, which allow innovative companies to access government funding. Combining Surbhi’s SR&ED skills and knowledge with Kevin’s tax expertise, PBATC is able to add value to clients by allowing for access to additional capital. PRAVEEN TANGELA
Praveen was born in India and moved to Vancouver, Canada to pursue his master’s degree in administrative sciences because earning his bachelor’s degree in Computer science was never the end all be all for him. While he gained the international exposure through his studies, he broadened his skillset in various streams i.e. construction, customer service & the electrical industry. He is excellent at tackling issues with innovative solutions and ideas. He is always ready for challenges and believes in hard work along with smart work. While Praveen primarily works on corporate business projects for PBATC, Praveen is also adept at understanding businesses and their strategic objectives in order to add value to their overall business strategy

An accomplished hospitality and Sales & Marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade, Neha has worked with companies such as Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt & Accor across India. She has a true passion for hospitality fueled by a natural desire to serve. Her journey as a trainer began in 2017 with Amadeus, a hospitality technology solutions company based in US, where she delivered onsite and remote training modules on Sales and Events systems to hotel teams across different continents. She continues to teach Hospitality and Tourism courses at Eton College, Canada. Neha works as a Consultant and is dedicated in sharing her diverse industry knowledge and experiences to help PBATC increase sales by suggesting specific improvements in the company’s processes.
